According to the Baltimore City Board of Elections, Bill Henry has won re-election to the 4th District seat in the Baltimore City Council.  The unofficial results of November 8th's General Election - including Early Voting totals but not yet including absentee votes - are as follows:

Bill Henry (D) - 3,498

Ebony Edwards (R) - 354

Write-in - 29

Two interesting facts at this point, before the absentee votes are counted:

1) Having received a whopping 90% of the votes cast, Bill's had the highest winning percentage of any candidate running in a contested race in Baltimore City!

2) Due to a 4th District turnout rate which was almost 50% above that of the City as a whole, Bill's 3,498 votes were also the most votes received by any member of the City Council running in an individual district!
